This book is for EVERYONE!

Once you start reading this book, you won't want to put it down! From the beginning, Roxanne draws you in by giving you a window into her tormented soul with journal entries from that dark period in her life. After reading those painful accounts, you can't help but to keep reading to find out how she climbed out of the abyss and what she's done since then to stay in the light. This book is written for all audiences, not just those dealing with depression. Some will immediately identify with Roxanne's story and other's will get a glimpse as to what a loved one or friend may be going through during their struggle. All of us will benefit from this book. Roxanne's 7 R's are practical, easy things we all can do to ensure we maintain a healthy mind. "Laughing Again" is one of those books that you'll be passing around and sharing with your friends! A great supplement to Roxanne's book is "The Depression Cure: The 6-Step Program to Beat Depression without Drugs by Stephen S. Ilardi PhD.

A must read

You do not have to be diagnosed with depressing to get anything out of this book. Roxanne shares her feelings through some dark days, but they are feelings that most people have felt at one time or another. This is a book with so much hope and love in it. The guide she gives us will help everyone. I would also recommend Stephen S. Llardi's book "The Depression Cure" if you want doctors view.
