I’m just about to start Phase 2 and I am SO happy to have found this cookbook. The fact that all the guess work is taken out and there are two planned meals for every day, which is great! I also really like the food pictures. I’ve bought a couple other HCG cookbooks and they both only had recipes (no pictures).
Really looking forward to starting my first round and excited to be following this 3 week plan!
